I originally went on the internet to find best refinance rates. I was contacted by several lending agencies but none were as professional as Horizon Financial. I appreciate having an agent who listened to my needs and answered my questions at any time. I am confident that I got the best interest rate available and that closing costs were minimum. The loan officers at my bank reviewed the Good Faith Estimates given to me by Horizon Financial and claimed that they could not charge anything lower for a refinance. I am very satisfied with the service provided to me during this process. I had easy access to Mr. Brunner when I had a question. Most importantly, my loan was processed in a timely manner. I talked about your company at my staff meeting, and three of the people expressed interested. I will forward your information to them. I don't often make this offer, but I was so impressed with how easy it was and how smoothly things went that I am willing to be a reference for you and your company. Especially when dealing over the internet, it is tough deciding whether or not to deal with a company that you've never had business with before. Believe me when I say that many of the other mortgage companies that I got phone calls from tried to convince me that things were too good to be true and that I should go with them instead of you (although their fees were significantly higher). That really turns me off when someone essentially "bad mouths" another company. I would be willing to respond to queries from others who want first-hand experience from someone who has done business with you. If you have someone on the fence that wouldn't mind a positive word from a customer, I'd be glad to do that. I had a really positive experience doing business with you and I'd be glad to share that experience with others.
