Scott is  Greenville S.C.'s first mortgage broker / lender to achieve the elite CMPS designation.  Less than 1% of mortgage brokers and lenders in the U.S. are CMPS certified.  CMPS is a training, certifying and ongoing membership organization created to help mortgage professionals integrate financial planning concepts into the mortgage process.  CMPS designees rank among the highest qualified and ethical in the lending industry and offer clients strategies that encompass mortgages, debt, home equity and real estate investment.


Extensive product knowledge, close communication, responsiveness and attention to detail contribute to Scott's success. Scott and his wife, Sylvia, reside in Simpsonville, SC with their 2 children, Sydney and Hampton.
